Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

2. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or explicitly approved by support for exceptional cases.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

3. Trials and Promotions

Free trials or discounts automatically convert to paid subscriptions when they end unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Donations

Donations made through Masjidio are final and non-refundable. All donation transactions are between the donor and the masjid.
